Have you supervised a team of Medical Assistants? We are looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Supervisor for our Pediatrics team in Oceanside!

Job Title: Medical Assistant Supervisor - 2 years experience as Supervisor!

Location: Oceanside, California.

Full Time: Rotating schedules a month in advanced- between 8am opening and 6 pm closing. Needs to be flexible to work a schedule within that time.

Rotating 2 Saturdays per month.

The Medical Assistant Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day direct oversight and supervision of front and back-office staff, ensuring that they work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high-quality health care. The Medical Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for leading, planning and organizing the daily to monthly functions of the team as well as ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required:High school diploma or equivalent.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.At least five (5) years’ experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting.A minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory or lead experience in a healthcare setting.Bilingual in English and Spanish Required!!
