National Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

Trueline’s client, a leading global chemical company, is conducting a careful search for a National Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) Manager to ensure ISO standards compliance across several US-based chemical facilities.

As the National HS&E Manager, You Will:Lead and maintain National HS&E management systems in compliance with ISO standards.Supervise multiple HS&E managers and specialists.Apply continuous improvement principles to safe work permits and hazard management.Support various PSM system components and incident investigation systems.Utilize HS&E software for incident management and compliance tracking.Liaise with external regulatory agencies for standards and inspections.Ensure effective emergency response functions and maintain emergency response plans.Coordinate health-related programs and industrial hygiene monitoring.Implement Global HS&E initiatives and participate in the Global HS&E Community.Maintain an HS&E presence in National Management and Operation leadership teams.Conduct necessary HS&E training and recordkeeping for National Associates.Lead National Sales Hazardous Chemical Application Systems inspections.Oversee key Sales Associate training in various safety standards.Support workers' compensation administration and manage contractor approval.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.Maintain permits, documents, and records.

You’ll Succeed as the National HS&E Manager If You Have:A Bachelor's degree in science or engineering7+ years of related experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental management.5+ years of experience managing HS&E TeamsKnowledge of basic chemistry and computer systems for HS&E support

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000
