Growing innovative manufacturing and construction enterprise is actively seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading the growth and transformation of a well-established and growing Pacific-Midwest based business. The company is positioned to achieve exceptional growth in the near term which will include the expansion of its operational footprint into new geographies. The Chief Financial Officer will have direct responsibility for the finance and accounting function in an intensive custom manufacturing and installation services business, requiring an in-the-trenches leadership style.
This role will strategically partner with the Chief Executive Officer and provide support across all business operations and decision-making, and manage risk management and treasury. As a progressive and collaborative leader, you will implement best practices and operational efficiency programs across the company to help ensure that the business maintains its leadership status in their sector.
You will have background experience in construction, project costing and contracts, with a strong understanding of operations. You will have exposure to managing cash, modelling and tracking working capital, reporting on costing, and supporting all aspects of the business in a complex costing environment (standard costing and project costing). Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and work as a player/coach with a lean team in fulfilling all aspects of the finance and accounting function.
