Our client is an innovative and distinct manufacturing/distribution enterprise with strong regional presence and moving on a vigorous organic growth path. New financial sponsorship with a top tier middle market private equity firm has positioned the business for exponential domestic growth.
We are looking to fortify the executive team with an operationally savvy, proactive Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth, and organizational and cultural change, as this business strives for market leadership and expansion in their sector. The ideal candidate will have experienced successful high growth strategies and dynamics in a manufacturing/distribution sector and be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent, focused on the bottom-line. You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, particularly infusing bottom-line focused discipline and a data-driven decision-making mindset in a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
