Chief Financial Officer – Highly Engineered Manufacturing - Private Equity
Our client is a middle market highly engineered manufacturing enterprise serving a broad range of industries seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading expansion and transformation initiatives.
You will be working to an aggressive growth strategy, with both acquisitive and organic growth initiatives, and will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee the finance, accounting, and information technology teams and be accountable for building a robust and scalable process platform.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of manufacturing industry experience, multi-location and global jurisdiction experience, working with a leveraged balance sheet, managing cash on a day-to-day basis, acquisitions and integration, ideally with experience managing IT and/or HR.
