Corporate Controller – Specialty Manufacturing
Our client is an aggressively growing manufacturer seeking a senior financial leader to oversee the finance and accounting functions for their US-based operations. The Corporate Controller will lead and cultivate a results-focused accounting organization with a hands-on approach in a highly acquisitively-minded enterprise. You will be mandated with implementing a foundation of best practices, controls and process while managing the integration of newly acquired add-on acquisitions.
This position requires a background in multi-location manufacturing and/or distribution with extensive integration and consolidation experience, working to maximize reporting capabilities from accounting and ERP systems. The Corporate Controller will have a strong technical background in finance, accounting, controls and process across multiple sites and jurisdictions. Ideal experience includes previous financial leadership within a high-growth, acquisitive environment and a history of consolidating financials for multi-location operations. This is a strategic position which will work in tandem with the Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and accounting group, and the organization as a whole, through a period of transformation for the enterprise.
