Our client is a dynamically growing middle market medical device manufacturer seeking a General Manager to lead, professionalize and transform operations as they prepare to go through a new chapter of growth within their local production facility.
You will be responsible for providing strategic day-to-day leadership, maintaining performance metrics, process and culture while ensuring quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence as a strategic partner to the corporate executive team. You will have previous success leading process improvement initiatives with the ability to significantly improve productivity. This role requires an acutely deadline-focused independent leader with proven skills in hiring, training and team building while working as an “in the trenches” player/coach.
