📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a personal injury law firm in its search for a PIP Paralegal to support a busy partner specializing in slip and fall, car accident, and med mal lawsuits. This is a direct hire role that offers excellent benefits, competitive salary based on experience, and a very collegial work culture. The candidate must be commutable to Philadelphia, PA.
The successful PIP Paralegal will
have preferably 10+ years of relevant experience (plaintiff's personal injury; PIP);be highly organized;have the ability to draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; be attentive to deadlines and take a proactive approach; proficiency in Microsoft Office;be dependable! All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
Medical, dental, vision, 100% covered by employer.Salary: $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.
