Senior Financial Analyst

This position will be the right-hand to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for a variety of duties, including traditional FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling), PE/Investment & Board reporting, ROI analysis, assisting with future growth initiatives, and various ad-hoc reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:Support the corporate FP&A duties/tasks, lead planning and budgeting conversations, and work collaboratively each department VPs.Responsible for weekly reporting of cash flowsWorking closely with the Leadership Team and key internal stakeholders determining robust assumptions to drive FP&A models, paying close attention to the business trends.Provide business analysis and financial modeling to teams, including ad hoc scenarios, ROI analyses, etc.Review financial results following each month and quarter end financial close; provide analysis and insight of variances of actual to budgetProvide analytical insight into critical initiatives (strategic and operating).Build rolling forecasting processes to identify risks and opportunities and improve forecasting accuracyPerform cost control analysis and reviews, regular management reporting of actuals to budget and operating plans. Provide clear and concise variance explanationsManaging the monthly management dashboard to be presented to the Board of Directors.Build and maintain dashboards to manage large and complex data sets and summarize results for a variety of audiences to operationalize their goals and track progress against themBuild and maintain dashboards to manage large and complex data sets and summarize results for a variety of audiences to operationalize their goals and track progress against themPartner to the Revenue Operations and Sales, building sales reports and compensation plan design/modeling.

Targeted Experience/Skills:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration3-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in the B2B Software industryCPA or MBA a plusExperience with subscription/recurring revenue models, complex pricing modelsExperience with planning and budget management across multiple departments and teamsAdvanced Excel required, Netsuite, Intacct, Oracle a plus!
