Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our software solutions. Our team builds and maintains strong relationships with our user base and troubleshoots and resolve software-related problems via phone, email, or ticketing systems. RoleInvestigate and analyze software-related reported issues, identify root causes, and implement temporary workarounds when necessary.Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to drive long-term solutions.Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.Manage and prioritize incidents using incident management tools and processes.Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of incidents, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and workarounds.Communicate effectively by providing updates and managing expectations throughout the incident lifecycle QualificationsA minimum of one to two years supporting COTS software packages used in daily operations (Salesforce, Workday, MS CRM, etc.). All our software is homegrown so we will train. RequiredAbility to leverage technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Focus on providing exceptional customer service using strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus

The salary range for this role is $53,000 to $58,000 or the hourly equivalent.
