What You Will Do

Deliver an empathetic, best-in-class claims experience to Turo hosts and guestsInvestigate and resolve assigned auto physical damage claimsResolve Turo claims with speed and accuracy and high commitment to qualityCoordinate claims processing with Turo's third party vendorsActively contribute to continuous improvement in Turo’s processes for claims handling, strive to make Turo's organization a leader in customer service and cost managementBe an active contributor to Turo’s claims department and a revolutionary culture pioneer

Your Profile

Total loss handling experienceStrong proficiency in handling auto physical damage claimsEagerness for success and growthStellar customer centricityDemonstrate change management, negotiation and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize and organize daily tasks as assignedExcellent follow-through, attention to detail, and with minimal need for supervisionMust be a team player, with positive attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and a commitment to the missionProficiency with technology: macOS and Google DocsReside in the Greater Phoenix area. We are currently in a Hybrid work environment.

Bonus If You Have

Experience in balancing solutions with multiple interested parties is valuable, as our two-sided marketplace counts owners, renters, third parties, and the company all as meaningful stakeholdersMinimum of 1+ years experience in auto claims handling experience, preferably with a major auto insurance carrier or car rental company in a file ownership environmentBA/BS or equivalent preferred. State licensing desirable

The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $48,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
