Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a book of business with a value ranging from $1M to $2M.- Provide expert guidance to clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage for their personal needs.- Build and nurture strong client relationships, emphasizing education and personalized service.- Utilize advanced technology tools such as Evo, InsuredMine, Docusign Templates and ChatGPT to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer the most relevant advice to clients.- Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure smooth client interactions and overall agency success.- Mentor and guide junior agents, helping them increase their effectiveness as trusted insurance advisors.
Qualifications:- Proven track record as a successful personal lines insurance agent.- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and educate clients- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for efficient operations and client interactions.- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively- Active insurance license in the state of North Carolina.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Professional references from prior employers and/or carrier representatives.
