Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading their team of 15 with an overall emphasis on process improvement, quality control, and throughput. Facilities Supervisor (warehouse, production, or manufacturing exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Lead the plant team members (15) and coordinate their workflow• Provide training, guidance, and discipline to workforce • Complete staff schedules to ensure adherence to customer commitments • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly • Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to maintain equipment • Implement and enforce quality control procedures• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety • Collaborate with internal teams to reduce bottlenecks • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs • Ensure a positive working environment to boost morale • Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed

• 5+ years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience required • Leadership experience or a desire to transition into people management required• Comfortable working in non-temperature-controlled settings required
