📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are an Atlanta-based Social Media Marketing Agency seeking an Account Manager to manage and design digital creative assets that incorporate personalization and dynamic elements. The person in this role will work within our CMP (Creative Management Platform) to create, edit, and customize digital display and social ads for our client. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and design experience, enabling them to collaborate closely with both our client and our software partners to deliver projects efficiently and on time. Role ResponsibilitiesThis role will:Manage client relationship, working directly with them to understand and fulfill creative asset requestsLearn and manage CMP software, taking lead on all aspects related to this tool Create and manage dynamic and personalized elements of creative assets for multiple placementsTake ownership of creating new processes and procedures to meet client needsCreate & streamline asset management processes Operate as the liaison for both the client team and external partnersTake lead on problem-solving and troubleshootingPackage and deliver requested project deliverables efficiently and on time Work with client’s paid media team on campaignsKeep TwinBear internal team up-to-date on project status & client communication
Qualifications & Requirements Have 3+ years of experience as an account manager or similar client-facing roleExcellent research and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate design and editing experience & capabilities Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Premiere Pro)Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or graphic design preferredComfortable with spreadsheet managementFamiliar with ad networks & Google tag managerStrong organizational skills - this role works heavily with varying detailsBe a critical thinker and problem solver, and be able to learn quicklyMust have a self-starting, goal-oriented approach to work
Preferences but Not Required:Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement, Analytics)Facebook Blueprint certified
