Job DescriptionThe Cloud Program Manager will provide mid-level leadership on selected projects in our emerging Cloud portfolio of products. This team member will be part of the Cloud PMO team.. The Program Manager will support the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and reporting of technical projects. This role will work with teams, technical staff, Functional managers, and Senior Leadership to gain understanding of project requirements, track, and report project progress, as well as track and manage issue mitigation.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the high-tech industry•Experience in Project Management leadership preferred.•Experience providing customer service and managing customer relationships.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels using metrics, data, and presentations.•Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills.•Excellent team player with a high degree of integrity and passion who can work effectively both within the team and cross-functionally.•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.• Experience with Service NOW SPM, JIRA, MS SharePoint preferred.
