Job Summary

TYLin is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our PMCM team!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day on site supervision of subcontractor and CM field labor forcesProactively manage project-related issues on assignment and provide superior customer serviceTeam-oriented individual who will work in tandem with Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project in accordance with the scheduleManage QA/QC process in field and maintain OSHA and DOB safety complianceMeet annual goals and objectives set by management team and contribute to the growth of the companyDemonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all technology as required for assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in Civil Engineering or similar with 10+ years experience in the construction fieldExperience dealing with multiple subcontractorsAbility to manage multiple trades and tool box talksClient focused, always striving to give clients the best solutionsStrong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challengesHigh levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable wayDemonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence

TYLin: is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $117,300- $175,900 annually for this position and local market.
