Applicants will be considered for opening on shift posted. Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.

General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production.

You must be willing to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.

Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally, orally and in writing regarding the status of equipment and projects.. Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.Must be willing to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.

Must have 6 Months of maintenance experience or a maintenance certification from an accredited school.

Must own small hand tools and have a working knowledge of electricity, power, transmissions, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, cutting, and the use of shop tools.

Rehire Criteria

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
