What to expect

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.You can expect to be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment.Because we are working with meat, we work in 38–42-degree temps.Use of Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Ladders, Fall Protection, and Lock Out Tag OutOvertime and Weekend WorkComputer based training and data entry into the SAP system.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months industrial refrigeration experience, be a recent graduate from and industrial refrigeration program, or have 12 months industrial maintenance experience (Must list experience on application and/or in resume)Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical and be recertified each year to maintain positionMust be clean shaven in order to get a proper fit while using SCBA equipment

Rehire Criteria

Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
