Your role

We're looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to:

leverage learned fraud industry knowledge in a payments setting to support the design and build of our expanded first level fraud operations model support all aspects of fraud level one operations; review, investigate, alert adjudication, process and/or reject, track and report, escalation, navigate in corresponding workflows, all while adhering to applicable risk and control framework work within a Change the Bank and Run the Bank environment, help to drive continuous enhancement through identifying opportunities for improvement via streamlining legacy processes, automation initiatives, increasing digital capabilities, etc. collaborate with key stakeholders to build and implement new Fraud technologies within the current UBS infrastructure; including requirement documentation for each release, writing and reviewing Epic/User stories and user acceptance testing.

Your team

You'll be working in the Fraud Operations team. This team is responsible for coordinating all day-to-day activities for fraud prevention and detection within Operations and supporting the Wealth Management business in the US. The team is located in Weehawken, New Jersey and Nashville, Tennessee

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or, equivalent work experience required 1-3+ years of fraud operations experience, with knowledge of payment products, clearing schemes, and client solutions: payment Products/Clearing Schemes:SWIFT/ISOFED (Wire, ACH, Check21)TCH (CHIPS, EPN, SVPCo, RTP)Cards (Debit/Credit), TSYS, Visa/MasterCardClient Payable/Recevables Solutions (BillPay, LockBox, etc.) strong working knowledge of holistic fraud life-cycle (levels across Fraud teams, escalation points) obtain/Maintain required and/or recommended Industry certifications
