Your team

As the Head of Private Credit Operations, you will be working in the UBS Asset Management Operations, Accounting and Control team in New York. This role is responsible for oversight across all financial reporting and operations functions for UBS AM’s private credit strategy.

Your expertise

You have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of private credit operational and fund accounting expertise and managerial experience and will lead the integrated private credit operating platform and team supporting the Credit Investments Group within UBS Asset Management.

This Head of Private Credit Operations role is responsible for oversight across all financial reporting and operations functions for UBS AM’s private credit strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Significant private equity fund experience in finance and operations, with a focus on private fund accounting, cash management and investor reporting Managerial experience including proven track record of leading a team of professionals and working collaboratively across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. external auditors, Finance, Tax, Operations, Legal, third part providers including Fund Administrators, etc.) Review and ownership of all financial reporting workstreams for various investment products including annual audit, regulatory reporting, investor reporting (e.g. PCAP statements, asset level IRRs), marketing materials and internal business planning Ownership of data management and information quality/integrity, timely delivery, and seamless coordination across the entire operational platform. Includes in-depth oversight & governance over financial reporting across the operational platform within an outsourced model spanning Back office / Fund Accounting, Middle Office and an outsourced Fund Administrator. Providing insightful analysis to support Client Portfolio Management and Investor Relations team (e.g. fund returns for external LPs, PMs, external and front-office stakeholders) Oversight of rigorous cash management process, accounting and related operations across various ABL facilities Creation and maintenance of risk management reporting including liquidity, FX and fund guidelines Coordination of various operational workstreams including tax treatment of investments, capital calls and portfolio funding requirements
