Department Description
UCSF International Services assists hundreds of patients seeking care from countries outside the United States. Our patients come from 88 countries and our team of coordinators and financial analyst coordinate all aspects of a patient's visit from before the patient arrives to after they leave. We are looking for a talented team member to join international services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area or four years of applicable experience.Three or more years of administrative experienceAbility to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verballyand in writing.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Attention to details and knowledge of HIPPA LawsPatient-focused customer service cultural sensitivity
