📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
UES, a Blue Halo Company has an opportunity available for a Subcontracts Manager, to join our team working from our corporate offices in Dayton, OH. This individual will provide subcontracts support, requiring experience with cradle-to-grave subcontract issuance and administration for various CP, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ Government (FAR/DFAR) contracts. This includes RFP analysis, subcontract negotiation, subcontract writing, subcontract administration and close-out. Functions for this role will also include issuing RFPs, writing price/cost analyses, and maintaining CPSR compliance.WHAT YOU WILL DOOverall subcontract compliance of assigned tasks in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable laws.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and may mentor junior staff.Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work activities, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization will be critical. Frequent interaction (written, oral, and face-to-face) with other contracts staff, functional peers, management, and customers will be the standard.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRINGThis position is working within a government facility and requires US CitizenshipBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 10 or more years of relevant experience.Extensive experience with full lifecycle contracts administration for CP, FFP, T&M and government contracts.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointCLEARANCENoneEEO Statement"Eqlipse is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
