Job Opening Summary
Under the direction of the RN, the ED technician facilitates patient care by providing advanced physical care and clinical procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Works as a member of the ED patient care team within the guidelines of his/her certification under the direct supervision of an ED physician.
Job Opening Qualifications
Education
Associate's degree preferred. Post-high school special training
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Florida paramedic BLS ACLS preferred.
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
