As an IT Business Analyst, you will support Oracle EBS functionality for the evolving business needs of our growing North American company!

You will be placed on one of the following teams: Purchasing, Finance or Inventory Control.
Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with other Business Analysts to maintain processes and overall functionality within Oracle EBS.Work with teams throughout the company to build and improve current business processes within Oracle EBS.Adhere to existing development and deployment standards.Work with our Oracle EBS vendor to ensure and deploy best practices.Lead training and change management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 3+ years of module / process development and management.Strong knowledge of two or more of the following modules and associated business processes: Financial, Purchasing, Cost, Inventory and Fixed Assets.Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills.
