Overview:Responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for invoice processing.Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries and resolving payment issues.Prepare and maintain accurate accounts payable aging reports.Assist with month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close processes preferred.Please send resume to Hailey Flurnoy at
