Bilingual Community Impact Coordinator / Resident Services Direct Hire Hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday Pay range: $29.00- $30.00 an hour This role will be working between two sites in Hudson and Framingham, MA Qualifications: Minimum of three years prior experience in resident/social service programs (preferably in affordable housing)Ability to work with and motivate diverse resident populationsAbility to Travel between propertiesBasic proficiency in the use of computers including Word and ExcelDemonstrated time management skills and proven organizational skillsResident Coordinator certification is a plusCollege degree ideally with a focus in social work, urban planning, public health, human services, or community development is a plusPossess high proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written)Please send resumes to Jamie:
