Primary Responsibilities: Make proactive outbound sales calls to: Recruit financial advisorsTrain financial advisors on product solutions and marketing programsGrow the financial advisor's practiceRespond to inbound calls regarding product solutionsMeet call activity expectations and monthly sales goals set forth by managementParticipate in continuous trainingSelf-develop with industry and product knowledge to remain current with trends and productsKeep abreast of the competition and changes in the economy and financial markets
