Direct Hire - Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians - AppletonUltimate Staffing is looking for experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join our client in Appleton, WI. This position requires an individual who has a strong electro-mechanical aptitude, is dependable, safety minded, and works well within a team environment.· Direct Hire· 31.27 - 35.22 per hour depending on education and experience · 3rd shift - 2-2-3 fixed shift schedule - 6 PM to 6 AM· Great benefit package!Job Responsibilities:· Conduct preventive maintenance on diverse equipment, including Corrugating and Corrugate Converting machines.· Process support equipment and building infrastructure. · Perform upkeep on electrical and mechanical systems, demonstrating troubleshooting and repair skills for failures. · Adhere to company policies to maintain the optimal condition of company assets.· General industrial maintenance to include, but not limited to lubricating, repairing, rebuilding, trouble shooting, and cleaning production machines. · Perform maintenance and repair to the lift trucks, roll grabs and dollies, steam generators, air compressors, and other process support equipment.· Perform electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, and concrete work.Requirements/Qualifications:· MUST hold a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).· Background Check and Drug Test required.· 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. **It is a requirement to possess, or obtain, a certificate, Associate degree, Millwright or Journeyman card in a maintenance related field to remain in the department.· Ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical and electrical drawings, maintenance procedures and manuals, company policies and safety rules.· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.· The ability to compute rate, velocity, ratio, and percent, perform conversions, interpret and/or develop graphs and technical reports is also required.
