Manager of Blood Collection Services - Raleigh!

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Clinical Manager for a Manager of Blood Collection Services Position in Raleigh! This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position. Starting salary will be $65-75K/yr - mileage paid! Job Details:As the Manager of Blood Collection Services you will oversee donor collection operations within a designated divisional territory. You will ensure upmost efficiency and compliance are met. You will provide leadership and discipline to direct reports; interview and hire new staff; and ensure staff is appropriately trained. You will be required to conduct audits to ensure departmental and organizational procedures, processes, and policies are followed. This position requires FREQUENT REGIONAL TRAVEL as applicable to various fixed site centers and mobile collection drives. ***Qualified candidates will have managed people in a clinical setting, specifically people who are held to meeting and exceeding company goals!*** Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED; BS, BA, or RN Degree preferredAt least four years experience working in a Blood Donation Center or equivalent businessApheresis or dialysis experience preferredValid Driver's License with no major infractions and dependable transportationStrong computer skills including intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
