Ultimate Staffing is assisting a growing organization seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Experience with relevant permits is preferred.100% on site in Elkridge, MD
Monday through Friday
Direct Hire Opportunity.
$65k to $90k depending on experience.Responsibilities:Reviewing bid requirements and contractsCoordinating internal estimating processesDeveloping and refining proposals, including client negotiationsManaging order reviews and kickoff meetingsMaintaining communication with key clientsConducting job costing reviews in collaboration with project stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in project management or related rolesProficiency in relevant industry knowledgeExperience with permits is advantageousStrong analytical and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and collaborative
