Aufgaben
Content & Storytelling
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Strategien für LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube und weitere relevante Kanäle
- Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen, Kampagnen und Storylines
- Entwicklung neuer Formate für Unternehmenskommunikation, Employer Branding und Recruiting
Video & Produktion
- Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Drehs im Studio sowie bei Kunden vor Ort
- Produktion von Kurzvideos, Interviews, Reportagen und Social-Media-Formaten
- Schnitt und Nachbearbeitung von Video-Content
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung innovativer Videoformate für die ULTRAVIEW-Plattform
Community & Performance
- Aufbau und Pflege unserer Social-Media-Community
- Monitoring relevanter Trends und Entwicklungen
- Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Reporting und Performance-Auswertung
Markenentwicklung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Marke ULTRAVIEW
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Branchen- und Themenwelten
- Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte für Kundenprojekte und Eigenmarketing
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Creation oder Videoproduktion
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Plattformen und deren Algorithmen
- Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und ausgeprägte Textsicherheit
- Kreativität und Leidenschaft für Storytelling
- Gespür für Trends, Bildsprache und digitale Kommunikation
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Freude daran, vor und hinter der Kamera zu arbeiten
- Teamgeist, Offenheit und Hands-on-Mentalität
