📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
OverviewJoin our dynamic, forward-thinking digital entrepreneurship accelerator for a 10-week apprenticeship where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry innovators and gain hands-on experience in digital business operations. This role is ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to transform their innovative ideas into viable business ventures. Apprentices will receive a stipend of $300 per week and guidance to develop from the ground up (0–1), culminating in a pitch deck to gather investment for their idea.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Collaboration: Assist in developing and executing digital projects, including market research, product development, and business model strategy.Learning and Development: Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions led by experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders, focused on taking your idea from concept to pitch-ready status.Marketing and Communications: Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.Innovation and Research: Research the latest digital trends and technologies. Propose innovative solutions and ideas to enhance project outcomes.Pitch Deck Development: Learn how to create compelling pitch decks, understand the investment process, and prepare to present your project to potential investors.Networking: Engage with a network of professionals and peers within the accelerator by attending events and participating in collaborative discussions.
QualificationsCurrent enrollment in or recent graduation from a business, marketing, or related program.Strong interest in digital entrepreneurship and technology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative on projects.
