Overview

Starting Wage: $21.49/hour + incentives

Wage Increases: $22.87/hour at 6 months, $24.52/hour at 12 months, $25.62/hour at 18 months, $28.20/hour at 24 months

Hours: 1st shift, 7:00am – 3:30pm - ability to work every weekend

• *Schedule will include working every weekend, with two consecutive days off during the week; typically every Tuesday and Wednesday**

Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours over 8 in a day

Job Description

UNFI in Green Bay, WI is looking for motivated full time warehouse associates to support the operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for taking product off of shelves and getting all items ready for shipment. You will need the ability to work at a fast pace, while maintaining quality in your order fulfillment process.

Receives, stores, and selects various grocery, perishable and general merchandiseTransports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forkliftWorks in a fast paced environment with varying temperaturesAssists other departments with work activities when requiredPromotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly mannerMaintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damageAttends work regularly and on time as scheduledEnsures the correct labels are on the correct pallet

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or olderWarehouse or pallet jack experience preferredMust be able to lift up to 95 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and walkingMust have the ability to work in various temperatures from -20 to 80 degreesMust be able to work the required schedule and overtime
