📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Generate SOPs, and associated documents, policies, and programs using client templates, format documents to include links, references to other documents and systems, embedded pictures, videos and other media to facilitate instruction as well as standardizing the templates and formatting all functions at the site.· Coordinate cross-functional reviews of the documentation with the technical team and facilitate the addition of comments and updates, compile adjustments from review and route document for final review and approval• Take complex, technical information and determine the clearest, most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.• Meet with internal and external clients to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.• Work with subject matter experts to draft grant proposals.• Convert project information or data into readable, easy-to-understand content tailored to specific audiences.• Revise work based on feedback from technical and programmatic teams.• Review and/or copyedit content of other team members.• Identify gaps in project content or documentation and recommend revisions or new products as necessary.• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) in writing and editing.• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.• Develop or update policy, procedure and form documentation.• Other duties as assigned.MUST HAVES- Quality Technical Writing - SOP development is key.- Copyediting- Formatting in Microsoft Word / expert level Microsoft word- Technical Writing- Customer service- Pharmaceutical Processes, Procedures and Equipment experience- Pharmaceutical Validation Document experience Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities• Excellent command of the English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation and grammar.• Excellent research and analytical skills.• Ability to break down complex concepts.• Excellent time management and ability to adhere to deadlines.• Keen observation skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in the use of word-processing software.• In-depth knowledge of and ability to follow style guides. Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field with one (1) year of technical writing experience• Bachelor's Degree in a non-technical field requires two (2) years of technical writing experience. Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with generation of training materials, IT documentation, procedures and/or development projects.• Two (2) to three (3) years writing experience.
