📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: HVAC TechnicianLocation: College Station, TXDuration: Fulltime Objectives:Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide range of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, in residential and commercial settings.Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.Create sales opportunities for senior level technicians or sales team members and promote the company's HVAC products and services to customers.Provide accurate and detailed estimates and quotes for repair or replacement services, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and aid with scheduling necessary repairs or installations.Keep detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using appropriate software or CRM systems.
Competencies:Active HVAC Technician registration with the State of Texas, preferredEPA Certified, preferredMaintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver's licenseBe absent of drug use.Customer Service/Communication SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsOn-site training and continued education will be provided
