We are seeking consultants with strong construction project management experience. We provide comprehensive solutions to support the construction and maintenance of data centers for our clients and are seeking skilled Data Center Construction Consultants/Project Managers to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers, and general contractors, to identify knowledge gaps and information needs specific to data center construction projects for our clients.Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes tailored to capture, organize, and disseminate project-related information and lessons learned within the context of data center construction.Design and maintain knowledge repositories, databases, and documentation systems focused on the unique requirements of data center construction projects, ensuring easy access to critical information for project teams.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs internally, promoting best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement specific to data center construction.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather intelligence, insights, and feedback on project performance, challenges, and opportunities within the realm of data center construction.Analyze data and metrics to assess knowledge management effectiveness within data center construction projects, identify trends, and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.Support project teams in leveraging knowledge assets, tools, and resources tailored to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and innovation within data center construction projects.Collaborate with technical teams to leverage technology solutions for knowledge management within data center construction projects, including document management systems, collaboration platforms, and data analytics tools.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in knowledge management, construction, and related fields, particularly within the context of data center construction.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, senior management, and project teams to provide updates, insights, and recommendations based on knowledge management initiatives specific to data center construction projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data center construction, including managing the construction process and understanding the technology, infrastructure, and regulations associated with data centers.Strong background in construction, with a deep understanding of working with general contractors and subcontractors, along with knowledge of relevant government regulations and industry standards.Previous experience working as a consultant, preferably in roles related to project management or knowledge management within construction or technology sectors.Strong skills in Excel and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing environments and quickly learn new concepts and technologies.

$100,000 - $170,000 a year
