Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Recruiter based in Torrance, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for staffing, hiring, and recruiting healthcare professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include customer service, communication, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining a talented and diverse healthcare team.
QualificationsExperience in healthcare staffing, hiring, and recruitingStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to effectively screen and interview candidatesKnowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferredExperience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plusAbility to use technology, like Microsoft Suite, Teams, and HRIS.Experience working in the healthcare industryStrong organizational and attention to detail skills
