Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Unio Health Partners. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and providing HR support to the organization. This role is located in Torrance, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications5+ years of Experience in Human Resources and HR ManagementKnowledge of HR policies and practicesExperience in employee benefits and benefits administrationStrong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, Teams, and HRIS systems and reportingExperience working in the healthcare industry
