Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN for a Canvassing Manager at Unique Home Solutions. As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of canvassers who generate leads and promote our products and services to potential customers. Your main duties will include recruiting, training, and motivating your team to achieve lead generation targets, as well as developing and implementing strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
QualificationsPrior experience in managing a team, preferably in a sales or marketing environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExperience in lead generation, canvassing, or direct marketing is a plusAttention to detail and ability to analyze data and performance metricsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
