United Health Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our WMC Pulmonary department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Job Description Summary
Join the United Health Services (UHS) Respiratory Therapy team that is leading the region in respiratory care and working for a system that empowers you to practice at the top of your license. Help to lead advancements that will improve the delivery of care and find limitless potential for personal and professional growth by ensuring RT services rendered are completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Those served include, inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff and employees, as well as affiliated UHSH community groups as needed, all working together to educate and care for our patients.
With starting rates at $32.69/hr., with a career ladder based on experience and credentialing.
Potential for up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and relocation assistance.
Offering $20,000 Tuition Forgiveness for New Grads from an accredited school for Respiratory Therapy, with the ability to continue education.

You will enjoy
State-of-the-art equipment and advanced respiratory service capabilities, such as diagnostic GT-guided bronchoscopy.
Working within a teaching facility that will allow you to train with respiratory therapists and continue to further your knowledge.
Ability to help develop and advance patient-driven protocols.
Opportunities to train, work, or support our teams in our Level II Trauma, Level III NICU, ICU, or CVICU.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required
Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
Preferred
One (1) year experience as a Respiratory Therapist
License/Certification
Minimum Required
New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or LicenseBLS/CPR Certification upon hire and ACLS within 3 months of hire
