Duties & Responsibilities
Place Purchase Orders to HQ/Local sourcing Ensure correct, on time execution of orders Refill DOA & Optional parts for Semi Knockdown Materials Verify Product version/Shipping Terms/Price are correct Coordinate between Sales/Project Manager/Logistics/Production for Orders fulfillment Process Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally Logistics/Production Maintain standard purchase BOMs for each product to make sure most updated version Work with HQ for New products transfer to UIH USA production projects Price check with HQ for Semi Knockdown Materials and maintain Price book most updated Receive, review and archive the PO and CBOM from UIHS. Conduct the factory team to review the system configuration before products shipping. Manage and maintain all PO/BOMs information to meet FDA/ISO 13485 requirement/UIH QM procedure
Requirements
Education
College’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Required Skills Or/ Attributes
Ability to work with cross-functional teams PC literate with MS office applications Strong sense of urgency and due time Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness. Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines. Good communication skills and a strong attention to details Manufactural facility experience is a plus Medical device background is a plus Referral letter from previous employers if required
