About The Role

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our organization, directly impacting our ability to execute critical projects that enhance power infrastructure nationwide. By maintaining accurate financial records and analyzing financial data, you will play an essential role in our continued success. 

Key Responsibilities

Manage general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.  Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy of financial data.  Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights to aid decision-making.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project budgets and expenses effectively.  Support the preparation of annual audits, working closely with external auditors. Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency. 

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years' experience in accounting or financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Key Nice-To-Haves

Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).  Graduate degrees in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
