2024 IT Training Summer Team Member

We’re looking for talented, driven Summer Team Members to work with our IT Training team. We are recognized as a top Training company in the country, and our Summer Team Members play a vital role in our success. As an IT Training Summer Team Member, you'll play a vital role within our Technology Team and grow your skills while working alongside over 50 training professionals dedicated to the growth and support of 1,500+ technology team members.

What You Will Be Doing

Our IT Training Summer Team Members will be focused in one of three areas:

Instructional Design: Get exposed to the processes related to the design and development of different types of trainings for various IT roles and learn the tools and technologies our experts utilize every day. Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and leaders on collaborative projects and initiatives. Perfect for students pursuing Education, Project Management, Curriculum, Instruction and related degrees. Communications: Become a part of an internal communications team that is responsible for sharing knowledge across the floor by writing and editing our internal newsletter and creating fun, educational videos. Contribute to communication-related projects and initiatives that impact team members and leaders across the floor. Perfect for students pursuing Communications, Journalism, English and related degrees. Technical Writing: Learn and contribute to the team that is responsible for documenting our technology and related processes, including user manuals, quick reference guides, release notes, and other supporting documentation, with the goal of communicating complex and technical information more easily. Perfect for students pursuing Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Journalism, or Communications related degrees.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2024 or 2025 (current Junior/Senior status) The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry The desire to thrive in a team environment A strong work ethic A drive to succeed

Preferred

Pursing Undergraduate Major including but not limited to: Communications Human Resources Education Public Relations Egnlish Creative Writing
