Responsibilities

Provides evaluations, treatment and discharge planning for referred patients and families. Maintains appropriate case, departmental and hospital records. Communicates in writing and verbally with treatment team. Provides clinical supervision for COTA's as required by OT licensure and requested by Department Director.

Qualifications

BA in Occupational Therapy from accredited university/college. Iowa licensed or eligible to be licensed. 30 CEU's every 2 yrs. Good written and oral communication skills, ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with patients & work within a team setting.
