📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY: Manages all facets of compensation projects, analytics and UDX wide compensation program needs.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages compensation initiatives and projects that apply to UDX globally and major regional projects. Engages in project planning, plan design reviews, in-depth analytics / modeling / cost estimates, visualizations / presentations / summaries, system and payroll processing and supporting communication. Works closely with internal peers, partners, clients and key stakeholders. Handles compensation recommendations and job/position evaluations for multi-faceted functional or regional roles, manages departmental or multi-job reviews, assists with executive compensationManages global reaching compensation programs, practices and policies including various short-term and long-term incentives, survey participation / submission / analysis, intercompany transfers, compliance and audits. Develops, modifies and maintains, tools, resources, guidelines, SOPs, where needed. Manages all aspects of multiple core compensation planning areas / programs (e.g., merit, bonus, LTI and/or compensation statements) including timelines, project planning, dispersal and collection of materials, reporting, auditing, summaries, processing. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or Business required.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience compensation analysis experience required. 5-7 years’ experience working in a Human Resources environment required;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CCP preferred
