Key Responsibilities:Administer Benefit Plans: Manage a variety of benefit plans, including 403(b) and 457(b) plans, traditional pension plans, and health and welfare plans.Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to employees regarding benefit programs, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly.Analytical Expertise: Research, analyze, and evaluate benefits programs to provide accurate recommendations for improvements in value, cost, and compliance.Operational Enhancement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes effectively.Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports related to benefit plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Communication and Education: Assist with open enrollment by providing guidance and facilitating educational sessions to promote benefits value among employees.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in benefits administration.Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Tuition Remission for you and your immediate family members.Vibrant and inclusive work environment in beautiful Miami.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
