We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Account Manager (Claims Negotiation) to join our team! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and building estimates for restoration work, as well as effectively communicating with insurance companies and customers regarding code-required missing items from insurance claims of our customers. Your expertise in understanding code language and its impact on the scope of work for insurance repairs will be crucial in ensuring successful claim supplementation.
Essential Functions:Review and build estimates for restoration work, considering code requirements, manufacturer instructions and industry best practiceCommunicate effectively with insurance adjusters, utilizing your expertise to ensure proper explanation of scope of workStay updated on relevant industry regulations and code requirements to ensure accurate estimation and complianceCollaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project coordination and customer satisfactionPrepare and present detailed reports on estimates and project progress to management
Requirements:Strong understanding of code language and its implications on the scope of work for insurance repairs.Proficiency in the use of estimating software, such as Xactimate, is a plus.Preferred, but not required: a law degree, 1-3 years of experience working as an attorney, or 5+ experience as an insurance adjuster in the restoration industry.Eligibility to work in the US.Willingness to potentially travel overnight for project site visits.Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold ethical standards.
