📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for top notch, customer focused team members to join our Sales Department and directly impact our growth. As a Lending Account Executive, you will take our customers through the entire mortgage sales cycle and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Customers call you in search of a financial solution, whether that's purchasing a new home or restructuring their current financial situation.
Process: We train you, then you do a great job putting Customers in homes. Through our Character Driven Leadership Program and our Customer Experience sales training you will also gain skills required to become a corporate and community leader.
Responsibilities: Effectively prepare and present customized mortgage solutions to potential customersFollow up on inbound, direct marketing leadsAnalyze credit worthiness, calculate risk and provide unique financial solutionsAnalyze customer application, credit reports, and supporting documentationEngage and present to customers
