📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Delivery of clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults with identified mental health needs, through the provision of individual, family and group therapy to support the physical, emotional and mental well-being of clients. Pay range for this position is $59,236-70,793 per year, based on years of experience.

Clinic Hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM!(Actual hours may vary depending on business need) 12 Paid Holidays per year, starting with your first day of employment! 20 + PTO days per year! Educational Requirements
Master of Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW license current in Nevada
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with clients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and or Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) Excellent interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of psychiatric medications. Awareness on Trauma Informed Care Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities Effective problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written) EMR, Advance proficiency in the use of a personal computer and current software application including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and email)
Physical Requirements
May include standing, sitting, and/or walking for extended periods May include performing repetitive tasks May include working on a special schedule (i.e. evenings and weekends with clients) May include working with challenging patients and clients May include lifting up to 25 pounds
