📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role Description This is a full-time role for a Newborn Care Specialist for Twins. The Newborn Care Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized care and support for newborn twins. This includes feeding, diapering, bathing, establishing healthy sleep habits, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the babies. This is an on-site role located in Pleasanton, CA.
Qualifications Experience in providing specialized care for newbornsExcellent communication skills and “team player” attitudeStrong knowledge of current newborn care practices and safety standardsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilitiesPatient and nurturing natureAbility to work independentlyExperienced working with first-time parents and ability to provide gentle guidance as needed preferred
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working independently with infants and newbornsExperience working with newborn multiples preferredExcellent prefessional childcare referencesTraining as doula or NCS or similar preferredWilling to undergo background screeningTrustLine RegisteredCPR and First-Aid Certification
Due Date: July 25, 2024
Length of Contract: 10-12 weeks
Schedule: 3 days/week (flexible)
Hourly Rate: $50-70/hr DOE paid to your business
